Syd Kemp is offering two brand new tracks up for Christmas. The tracks feature Julien Gasc (Aquaserge/Stereolab) Victoria Hamblett (Iko Chérie) and Adrien Soleiman alongside Syd Kemp's line up: John Linger (Neils Children), Harry Bohay (ex Dark Horses) and Jim Cubitt (ex Big Skies).

The two tracks, previously unreleased anywhere else, both extol the virtues of this snowy time of year. But some aren't so lucky, and many people spend the winter on the streets. Alone, cold and ignored. Therefore, the money earned from these tracks will go directly to Shelter, an organisation that offers accommodation to those who need it most

So please, purchase these two tracks to enable those less fortunate a chance at a Merry Christmas.

Touching on new wave, ambient, psychedelic sounds as well as classic indie rock SYD KEMP offers a genre-blurring sound. Vincent Gallo, Deerhunter, Mac DeMarco, Broadcast, and Television make the music a dreamy, gleaming, glassy and addictive event dripping in liquid silver.

Track Name: BEFORE THE SNOW
Before the snow.
Behind your eyes,
Was it a flame?
Or was it shame?

Before the snow.
Behind we hide,
Was it a shame?
Is it the same?

After the snow.
What we became,
After the snow,
We're not the same.
Track Name: CHRISTMAS IS COMING
Christmas is coming,
Why should I care?
Gifts lie in the corner,
Why would I dare?
'Cause everyone is so tired,
Only waiting for a new year.
Though we can't see where it's heading,
For sure we're gonna make it square.
